Who We Are
Owner - NASM CPT, PES, CES, FNS & IIN Health Coach
Jason specializes in corrective exercise, psychology of nutrition, weight loss and endurance events. He teaches most of the classes each week and all "Office Hours". He is also available for private training.
Trainer - NESTA CPT, Kettlebell, Sports Performance, Pre and Post Natal.
Sean specializes in TRX/Suspension training. He teaches 3 classes per week including Tabata, Max Burn and Bells, Bars and Balls. He is also available for private training.
Trainer - ASCM CCT with specializations in Weight Loss (NASM), Corrective Exercise (IdeaFit), Gold Boot Camp, Brains and Balance, Silver Sneakers Cardio and Balanced Habits Food Coach. Lise is also registered with the Kukkiwon in Korea as a first degree Tae Kwon Do black belt. Lise is also a Master Gardener.
Lise specializes in balance training, heart rate training and conditioning for runners/hikers. She teaches 3 classes per week including: Back to Core, No Excuses and Muscles M&Ms. She is also available for private training.
Yoga Instructor - Melissa has a love of what fuels, enlightens, and deepens our connection to ourselves. She holds a BA in dance from Columbia College Chicago, and is a certified Feldenkrais teacher as well as a Yoga teacher. She is influenced by her studies in both Ashtanga and Iyengar yoga, functional anatomy and biomechanics, and her playful dancing spirit. Humility, passion, adventure, gratitude, curiosity, love and patience have been teachers which continually guide her into her practice and teaching. These gifts keep on giving!
